PLUS by Web

Sallie Mae’s PLUS Services provide parents with instant, online credit decisions, and, depending on your school’s profile, access to the online Parent PLUS MPN that they can complete and electronically sign in just minutes. Parents can also easily check loan status online.

PLUS by Phone

For Parent PLUS information, parents can call a toll-free number to speak with a PLUS services representative. Our representatives walk parents step-by-step through your school's preferred PLUS process and answer their financial aid or loan questions. Depending on your school’s preference, PLUS by Phone can accommodate manual or electronic processing.

PLUS Success

PLUS services representatives provide credit counseling to parents who are not initially approved for a Parent PLUS because of credit issues. Representatives counsel parents on how to resolve negative credit issues and, thus, become eligible for a Parent PLUS.
